My deepest sympathies to all of Winnie's family. I just loved when Winnie would come into my flower shop. She was one of the sweetest ladies I have ever known! Always a smile on her face, ready advice when asked, and a hug when needed. I know she will be missed by all her family, and many friends including myself. Thinking of you all.

I am so sorry. My mom and dad were good friends of your mom and dad. Winnie came to visit my dad sometimes after my mom passed in 2012. She brought the most delicious blueberry muffins to my dad around the Christmas season. She would stay for a visit with my dad and they would talk about the "good old days!" I loved listening! Dad would give her a jar or two of his canned green beans from his garden. She always returned the jars! She was such a nice person and pretty feisty!! I took dad to visit her a couple years ago. They had such a nice visit. Lots of laughter and good memories they shared about Parkman and their lives. Dad passed this past January due to Covid. So i know how sad you all must be. She was a special person! Sending hugs! Sue Corbett Dusty and Geneva's daughter. Guilford.

Judy, Debby, Mike and families. So very sorry about your mom. I have lots of memories of the Mill Street neighborhood. Your mom was a peach and was very funny, but if you got the “look” you knew that she meant business lol. I hope your memories will help ease your pain. My thoughts are with you all.

I will miss Winnie very much. She was such an upbeat beautiful soul. I loved to see her coming, always had a smile, we would have such great talks. Every spring she would bring me a check to put towards the play ground in Guilford in memory of butch. We both loved decorations and would share what our newest one was. My deepest sympathies to your families. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
