I am so sorry. My mom and dad were good friends of your mom and dad. Winnie came to visit my dad sometimes after my mom passed in 2012. She brought the most delicious blueberry muffins to my dad around the Christmas season. She would stay for a visit with my dad and they would talk about the "good old days!" I loved listening! Dad would give her a jar or two of his canned green beans from his garden. She always returned the jars! She was such a nice person and pretty feisty!! I took dad to visit her a couple years ago. They had such a nice visit. Lots of laughter and good memories they shared about Parkman and their lives. Dad passed this past January due to Covid. So i know how sad you all must be.
