Greenville - Jeanette Strid Hyland, 72, passed away unexpectedly September 19, 2021, at home. She was born October 9, 1948, in Guerette, Maine, the daughter of Willie O. Strid and Bernice (St. Peter) Strid. Jeanette was a loving mother and grandmother. Jeanette is survived by her son, Herbert Hyland III; her daughter, Bridget Sawyer; grandsons, Kenny Hyland and Jonathan Hyland; granddaughter, Liza Hyland; and great-grandson, Jonathan Hyland II. She leaves her siblings, sister, Gloria Sears and husband, Richard; brother, Willie Strid and wife, Cheryl; sister, Roslyn Trudeau; sister, Norma Bedard and husband, Rene; and sister, Nancy Melcher and husband, Rick. She was predeceased by her husband Herbert Hyland II. A graveside memorial service will be held for immediate family at 11:00 am Saturday, October 2, 2021, at the Greenville Cemetery.
