Milo – Richard H. Jay Jr., 53, passed away unexpectedly February 1, 2022, at his home. He was born June 7, 1968, the son of Richard Sr. and Eileen M. (Reilly) Jay. Richard is survived by his daughter, Tawnee Jay-Watson; sister, Liberty Belle Jay and her significant other, Michael; and many extended family members.
