Augusta and Dover-Foxcroft - Dean K. Mallett, 60, passed away September 1, 2022, at Northern Light Mayo Hospital, Dover-Foxcroft. He was born November 1, 1961, in Dexter, the son of Aubrey M. Jr. and Doreen E. (Johndro) Mallett. Dean was a good guy. He loved animals of all kinds and rescued many cats. He was a hard worker who loved his family and the Lord. Dean enjoyed old country music and Irish music. Dean is survived by his parents, Aubrey and Doreen; two sons, Tobiah Mallett and his fiancée, Michelle Fraser, and Alexander Day and his wife, Hope; four grandchildren, Abriella and Persephonee Day, and Lily and Logan Mallett; two brothers, Aubrey Mark Mallett III and his wife, Diane, and Jay Mallett and his wife, Elvira; three sisters, Lynn Parker, Renee Hamilton, and Rhonda Gudroe and her husband, David; his best friend, Steve Davis; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members. A memorial service will be held 1PM Saturday, September 10, 2022, at the Sebec Village Community Church. Burial will be in the family lot in the Village Cemetery, Sebec.
