Greenville – Lloyd H. Worster, Jr., 78, husband of Andrea G. (Dunton) Worster, passed away October 30, 2016, at C.A. Dean Memorial Hospital, Greenville. He was born April 21, 1938, in Rockwood, the son of Lloyd H. Sr. and Evelyn (King) Worster. A U.S. Army veteran, Lloyd enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping with family and friends. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Andrea; a son, Shawn Worster; a daughter, Shyla and her husband, Roland Wortman II; a daughter-in-law, Lisa Worster; four grandchildren, Roland Wortman, III, Hunter Wortman, Andrew Worster, and Katherine Worster; three sisters, Barbara Roderick, Beverly Suntum, and Mary Ann Bentley; a brother, Edward Worster; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, a sister, Melita Lumbert, and a brother, Douglas Worster. A graveside memorial service with military honors will be conducted 1pm Wednesday, November 2, 2016, at the family lot in Shirley Cemetery, Shirley.
