Dottie shared many gifts with those of us fortunate to have known her. She always had a smile on her face, extended a warm greeting, a twinkle in her eye and an easy laugh. I will always be fond of “the Monson days” in my youth - her kindness and silliness. Heaven has gained a wonderful angel.

Family,
We were so sad to hear about Aunt Dottie's health and her passing. I have so many fond memories of her and Uncle Walter from when I was growing up. Aunt Dottie was such a beautiful person with such a kind spirit. I always remember her being a loving and great supporter, especially during the hard-times when no one else cared. Aunt Dottie was there and she was so hip! She was a devoted Wife, Mom, and role-model for all of us. She will be sadly missed. For me personally, I lost my favorite Aunt; however, I sure have some great memories of her and lots of love. Our condolences to Lanna, Billy, and the rest of the family.

Oh Dottie,,,how I will miss you. Our visits, trips to Walmart, ice creams when it is freezing outside, swimming,..oh how you loved the water! Your laughter and smiles and your common sense ways! I still don't remember the exact day we became buddies but I sure am glad it happened! You're got me through the year Barry was in Korea..our long nights of playing Yahtzee. Poor Walter having to listen to the rattle of those dice!! You are loved by many and will be greatly missed by all. You left us with two great kids.....you did good girl!!!
