Milo - Mildred Louise Sloat Arnold Eames, fondly called “Cidy” by all who knew her, passed away on September 6, 2023, at the age of 97. Daughter, sister, wife, mother, teacher, friend, and 100 percent tenacious Maine woman, she embraced life, even through her dementia. She will be missed by her surviving family, Karen Eames Morgan, daughter, and Cynthia Arnold, sister-in-law; as well as many enduring friends. As my mother did not want an obituary or a funeral service, I will stop here.
