Arthur was a distant cousin of mine and I always loved to stop and chat with him. He was quite the character. He would wave to everyone, whether he knew them or not and always had a smile on his face. I will miss seeing him around town. Now he is no doubt back with Ethel and other loved ones who passed on before him.
