Charleston – Donna M. Allen, 47, passed away unexpectedly, December 12, 2023, in Orneville. She was born July 1, 1976, in Bangor, the daughter of Lois (Kingsbury) and Gary Allen Sr. Donna will always be remembered for her infectious laugh, beautiful smile, and big heart. She lived and loved every day to the fullest and was the life of the party. She loved spending her time outdoors, camping at Baxter State Park, and centering herself around family and friends. Traveling for work was a love she had to explore new places and meet with extended family while away. Being a mother and a grandmother were the two titles she was most proud of. She will be deeply missed by all. Donna is survived by her father, Gary Allen Sr. and his wife, Lisa; daughter, Lois Day and husband, Tyler; two sons, Wesley Stinson and his wife, Hillary, and Earl Parfitt; five grandchildren, Isabella Day, Emma Day, Brantley Stinson, Wylder Day, and Ridgely Stinson; two brothers, Gary “Bub” Allen Jr. and Peter Allen; five sisters, Cindy and Katherine Allen, Amanda Blair and husband, Lindsey Pfallen and her wife, Melissa Watson and her husband; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members. She was predeceased by her mother, Lois Allen. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11AM Friday, December 22, 2023, at Saint Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Dover-Foxcroft, with Father Rob Lupo celebrant.
