LaGrange – David A. LaPointe, Sr., “Wookie” 60, passed away December 21, 2023, at his home. He was born November 18, 1963, in Centralia, WA, the son of Alfred T. Jr. and Betty (Gibson) LaPointe. David had worked as a planer in area lumber mills. An avid outdoorsman, he especially enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping. He is survived by his wife, Margaret A. (Marshall) LaPointe; two sons, David LaPointe, Jr. and his wife, Leanne, and Brian LaPointe; six grandchildren, Zachary, Hailey, Molly, Ember, Evona, and Lacey; three sisters, Elaine and her partner, George, Brenda and her husband, Andy, and Tina; two brothers, Donnie and his wife, Tanya, and Pat and his partner, Tonya.
