Dennis "DJ" Salisbury Sr, aged 57, passed away on July 28, 2024, in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. Born on November 3, 1966, in Nashua, New Hampshire, DJ grew up in a close-knit family, predeceased by his parents Dennis and Marlene Salisbury. DJ graduated from Milford Area High School. He dedicated his professional life to working as a Quarry Technician and licensed blaster at Fletcher Granite, where he was respected for his expertise and work ethic. A proud member of the National Guard, DJ served with distinction, bringing the same dedication and commitment to his military service as he did to every aspect of his life. Known for his love of the outdoors, DJ found joy in camping and fishing, and cherished the moments spent with friends and family. His warm, engaging personality made him a beloved figure within his community and among his peers. DJ is survived by a loving family: sons Dennis "DJ" Salisbury Jr, Jacob Salisbury, and daughter Kassandra Salisbury; brothers Thomas and his wife Nancy, Ethan and his wife Paula, Peter and his wife Stacie, Allan and his wife Kelly; along with many step siblings, nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly. A Celebration of Life to honor DJ's life will be held at Milford American Legion Post 23, located at 15 Cottage St, Milford, NH, from 2pm to 6pm on Saturday, September 14, 2024.
