To Noels family Linda and all. I enjoyed my times with Noel on the sanitary board as we served together. He was dedicated there as with all his other activates in town. Noel and I enjoyed our FB post getting at each other at times but am sure he known as I we just having fun. When I think of Noel from this point on it will be after a snowstorm and he and his ready snowblower and shovel doing its job around his projects. Above all this says a lot about a man that would go out on a cold day and make way for others to enjoy the places he cared for. Noel take a rest if you can and then help the Lord in Heaven where your talents will be needed for all to follow. God Bless you Noel I will miss you more than others will know.
