Brownville- Marion J. Brooks, 95, passed away April 12, 2017, at her home. She was born January 8, 1922, in York, the daughter of Ralph and Rachael (Patch) Cummings. Marion enjoyed making lobster traps for Tucker Traps. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Barbara Reed and her husband, Stanley; her granddaughters, Stacey Slagle and her husband, Vincent, and Deborah Hall Murphy; her step-son-in-law, Gordon Bryant; and many great-grandchildren. Marion was predeceased by two husbands, Gerald E. Hall and George P. Brooks; her son, Gerald S. Hall; her step-son, George P. Brooks, Jr.; her step-daughter, Beverly Bryant; and her eight brothers and sisters. Services will be private for the family. Burial will be in the family lot in the Evergreen Cemetery, Milo.
