I very much enjoyed knowing and working with Charlie at the Central Engineering Department of Great Northern Paper Company. Carolyn and I express condolences at his passing, and are sorry that we did not get to seeing him after we moved to Sebec. Elaine Landry spoke of him often while she was serving as a caregiver to Carolyn.
