I have such good memories of visiting the Garndener's house as a child and playing in the barn and greenhouses. Robin Gardener was always so kind to me when I visited. I remember her tomatoes fondly. She was such a friendly and loving person.

Having only known your family for a year or so and I am blessed that our paths crossed. Robin never failed to smile and always made it a point to greet me! I never saw her in a bad mood and she was always funny, polite and joyous. We had several lengthy conversations over the past months and she had a way to make you feel like part of her family. The woman I came to know, respect and cherish was God loving and family orientated. She was beautiful and full of life. Robin always seemed to glow! I loved simply talking with her and sharing her baking stories. She came into the post office on Wednesday, when I went to greet her, she said “I don’t need anything. I just wanted to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving” because that’s just who she was!! I cannot imagine your pain. I pray that God carry you through and your loving memories comfort your family in this most difficult time.

Celeste and Brooke, Heartbroken for you both. Michael and I both thought your mom extraordinary. And proof of that is the two extraordinary ladies she raised. You both are who you are largely because of her influence. I have shed tears with you. You are two fortunate ladies to have had such a wonderful mom. She was still young and vibrant and that makes it harder. Keep talking about all the wonderful memories and hold them close. Love you both.

To Gary, Alex, Celeste,Brook, and the rest of your beautiful family, our sincerest condolences. Robin was perhaps one of the most positive, upbeat people my wife and I had ever known. Her smile and laugh was contagious and we so appreciated her gift of encouragement. We can't imagine the hurt you all are experiencing right now but we know that Robin's Lord and Savior is in the midst of your suffering and will continue to be, offering you comfort and a peace that passes all human understanding. The world certainly lost an amazing human but oh how heaven gained another beautiful Angel. God bless you all.

Mom, I remember the first time you brought me to church. You never hesitated when I asked to go. When I was depressed and dropped out of school you drove me to a different School District every day. I would not be alive on several accounts if not for you. You went to all of my events I knew you were my number 1 fan. You always thought that you lacked wisdom but Mom you had so much. When you would pray for me at the altar when no one else did it was the prayer of a mother. There is such a deep void that will never be filled. I sit here in your chair tonight to be close to you. I promise to continue your devotions as I saw you last doing. I promise to take care of dad and make sure he's alright. I promise to fulfill the ministry that God has started in my life like you fulfilled yours. I know I will see you soon as time passes so fast. When I come please show me around with Jesus. I love you forever my momma and mother of the church. Amen and amen xoxo

So many memories stick out in my mind!! She could ALWAYS make me Laugh... When you saw Her smile it shined & liteup the room. I can feel the heart. Then think Momma wouldn’t want me crying. Always would love on me. Our morning chats always a joy & her guidance telling me what she thought. Always pushing me, believing in me 100%! Always!! So proud of how far I had come. Favorite memory, she had come to Greenville with the girls. Our visit, talk after girls went to bed!! She taught me so much!! Devotions a must!!

Mom was my #1 supporter with the business. She went to every show, never left me. Talked to everyone, insisting they try the sugar scrub. Oh how I adore her.
