Dear Tom and Nancy and family,
I am saddened by your loss and want to extend my sympathy at this difficult time. Your mom was like a beacon—always lighting the way whether at church, school, Scouts, the bank. She did so much good and did it do graciously. I hope that, in time, your memories lead you to a peaceful place.

So sorry to hear the news about Betty. She was such a great lady. Sharon and I had the pleasure of visiting her in May of 2014. A lot of reminiscing was done. She told us the latch was always open on her door when we return.

To Tom, Nancy, and extended families-On behalf of the Champeon family, I want to extend our deepest condolences on the loss of your Mom. We all have the greatest memories of Ted and Betty. They were a special part of growing up in Dover-Foxcroft with their unwavering support of Foxcroft Academy. I personally have fond memories of trips to "The Bank" where I could count on a smile and a warm greeting from your Mom. She was a great lady, truly ahead of her time. She will be missed. The Harvey family is missed, Dover-Foxcroft is not the same without you all. Our very best wishes to you all. John

Betty was my dear, dear "forever friend."
We went through school together.
We had a very special reunion in Dover last summer. We had so many memories!
Betty always wanted to play "last tag!" even at 91!
Everyone loved her!
My life has been blessed by her friendship.
"LAST TAG!" Betty.
Love, Ruth Ellen

So sorry to read of Betty's passing. Such a sweet and gracious woman and special friend to the Washburn "kids". I'm sure they made room for her around that big table as they shuffled cards for a new game of Hand and Foot.
May your many memories bring you miles of smiles.

My sincere condolences to Nancy and Tom and your families. Betty had a warm, friendly personality. She always had a pleasant smile on her face whenever I saw her. I'd known her and admired her for many, many years. She was such a big part of our community, and she will be missed.

Betty, who loved her husband, Ted, plus their children, Tom and Nancy, along with the rest of the family greatly was always smiling entering laughs in there, too.Camp on Sebec Lake while in the boat was one of her top activities, along with walking(with her dog), and attending FA sport games. Talking with Mrs. Harvey was a pleasure and we give sorrow in her lose as it will be tough not having the pleasure which she gave to all.
