Obituary of Joseph W. Demmons

Abbot- Joseph Whitman Demmons, 33, died unexpectedly May 29, 2018. He was born October 5, 1984, in Mount Holly New Jersey, the son of Delores Ramos and Donald Demmons, Jr. At the time of Joe’s death, he was employed by Streets Landscaping.

He is survived by his daughter, Hannah Demmons; partner, Melody Zimmerman and her son, Isiah; his parents; grandmother, Patricia Demmons; brother, Donald Demmons III; sisters, Amanda and Nicole Demmons; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Joe was predeceased by his grandfather, Donald Demmons Sr.; grandmother, Joan Witherly; and uncles, Joseph Ramos, Whitman Witherly and Thomas Witherly.

A graveside memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 14, 2018, at the Pine Grove Cemetery, Dover-Foxcroft.  Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home. Messages of condolence and memories may be expressed at www.laryfuneralhome.
