Brownville- Arthur T. Larson, 95, well known dairy farmer from Brownville, passed away May 4, 2016 at Hibbard Nursing Home, Dover-Foxcroft. He was born at the family farm in Brownville, October 27, 1920, the son of Peter and Helena (Jacobson) Larson. Arthur was married to Arlene (Lovejoy) Larson for 72 years and together they raised four children. He is survived by his four children, Lorna Melonson of Florida, David Larson and his wife, Dorothy, of Milo, Rita Larlee and her husband, Eugene, of Millinocket, and James Larson and his wife, Susan, of Milo; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Arthur was predeceased by his parents, his wife, and three brothers, Einar, Albion, and Carl Larson; two sisters, Esther Larson and Mildred Boehne; two grandsons, Alan Avery and Andrew Larson; and a son-in-law, George Melonson. Friends and family are invited to call from 10am until time of memorial service at 11am Tuesday, May 10, 2016, at the Lary Funeral Home, Milo.
