Obituary of Sharon C. (Wiley) Wolf

Milo – Sharon C. (Wiley) Wolf, 60, passed away May 6, 2019, at her home. She was born August 17, 1958, in Milo, the daughter of E. Thomas and Cecilia (Russell) Wiley.  Sharon worked doing in home care for many years.  She graduated from Penquis Valley High School Class of 1976, and beauty school in 1979. Sharon enjoyed her time at camp on Schoodic Lake, her work, and putting on all of the family holiday meals. She was married to Basil “Benny” Curtis until his untimely death fighting a house fire in 1988.

Sharon is survived by her husband, David Wolf; her son, Eric Curtis and his wife, Danielle; her daughter, Erica Bouley; her stepson, Shawn Wolf; her grandchildren, Tagni and Hanne Geudens, Benjamin Bouley, Basil and Norah Curtis, and Mason Wolf; her sisters, Cindy Davis and Lisa Farley; her brother, Tom Wiley; several nieces, and nephews; and special friends Terry and Jackie.  In addition to her husband, Benny, she was predeceased by her sister, Freedy Carey.

A celebration of Sharon’s life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Special Olympics Maine, 125 John Roberts Road, Suite 5, South Portland, Maine 04106.
