We are so very sorry to hear of your loss. We haven't been in touch for a few years so was unaware of Nathan's illness. Losing a child of any age is difficult so our hearts break with yours. Know that a loving God and his son Jesus have welcomed him into a beautiful new home. He is still watching over all of you and is feeling no pain only absolute love. Let your tears flow, but in your heart he will always be. Again, so very sorry to hear this.

I will always remember the first day I got on the bus to go to the little school house in Atkinson, I recall being nervous and Nathan gestured for me to come sit with me him and I instantly felt better. We were pretty much inseparable for the next few years. Some of the best memories I have of childhood are running around the woods of Atkinson Maine with Nathan.
I am so very sorry for your family's loss.

Nathan Walton was an amazing father to all three of his children. He was proud of his son, the day Carrick made his first tackle. He was proud of his Bella, his little girl, and the fact that she is intelligent and caring. Nathan cried the day he held our Hope for the first time. He was strong and supportive the whole 3 months that she was in the NICU.
He was more than just a loving husband, he was my best friend, my joker, my rock.
He was more than just smart he was brilliant. How many people can rattle off the historical dates of any major event in the world... Not many but he could.
He had dreams to be a teacher, to be a professor. And had he had that opportunity he would have shined.
Nathan was incredible. And will be missed beyond belief
