Orneville – Donna L. Bubar, 49, wife of the late Wendell “Jeff” Bubar, passed away unexpectedly April 16, 2020, at Northern Light Mayo Regional Hospital, Dover-Foxcroft. She was born April 28, 1970, in Island Falls, the daughter of Marjorie Stone. Donna enjoyed crocheting, camping, going to concerts, and a good stiff drink. Above all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren. Donna is survived by two daughters, Wendy Drake and her husband, Cote, and Dawn Bubar and her significant other, Randy Adams; her grandchildren, Damion, Wendell, Whitneigh, Michael, Blake, Willow, Mark, Wren, and Jolene “JoJo”; her brothers, Roy and Roderick Stone; and her sister, Bobbi-Jo Williams and her husband, Willy; her “special son”, Michael Whitney; her girls, Tiffany, Jessica, and Chelsea; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family members. In addition to her husband, Donna was predeceased by her mother; her son, Eric; grandmother, Madeline Mann; her grandson, Waylen; and her childhood friend, Linda Sprague. A celebration of Donna’s life will be held 12-2pm Saturday April 25, 2020, at the Drake residence. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home.
