Dover-Foxcroft – Dorothy B. Cole, 97, wife of the late Maurice Cole, passed away June 23, 2020, at Northern Light Mayo Hospital, Dover-Foxcroft. She was born June 26, 1922, in Atkinson, the daughter of Clifford and Laura (Farmer) Doore. Dorothy had worked as a Nurse’s Aide for many years. She was predeceased by five brothers, Harold, Lorenzo, Charles, Harland, and Maurice; and two sisters, Gladys Downs and Leone Palmer. She leaves many nieces and nephews. A graveside funeral service will be conducted 1:00pm Friday, June 26, 2020, at the family lot in the Sweet Cemetery, Atkinson, with Pastor Phil McGlauflin officiating.
