I only now heard of Duffy's passing. Duffy was one of the paper machine managers at the papermill I worked at (West Carrollton) for many years. Duffy was sharp, very quick-witted and passionate about the job. You always knew his mood - when to get away from him - or when to crowd around. He amazed me that he would wear a sweater everyday in that scorching hot papermill. He said one time he wore it so the workers couldn't complain about the heat. He was such a nice man, I am sorry to hear of his passing. My sympathies to his family.
