What an amazing and strong woman. I only wish I had known her so much soon. Blessed for the time I had with her and pray for her peace. God Bless the family and they are sure to miss her wonderful humor and warm helping heart.

I honestly would not know where to begin. She has been in our family for so many years I guess like every other family we tend to take it for granted that they will just always be there. I spent a lot of times visiting Holley at her home and up to their camp which used to be our family camp when we were all kids. She was the happiest when she was there. I remember one night I spent The weekend and we had a fire outside and we were having a few drinks and we both got the bright idea to get floaty‘s at about midnight so off we go without Floaties drink in hand floating around ebemee pond until Holly felt some thing up against her foot and then that freaked me out too so we bailed off our floats and made a beeline back up by the fire laughing our asses off the whole way. There were so many other times spent with her and I can never remember a time where we were not laughing so hard. She used to call me for computer techie issues or phone issues all the time and I used to tell her she was worse than trying to explain to my mother who was not tech savvy at all. I loved her fun loving spirit and I am very privileged to have been her family. Rest easy Holly I love you to the moon.

One of the craziest things I ever did as a teen I did with Holly....on a whim we decided to go work as Carnies at the Skowhegan fair.. little did anyone know at the time, but we hitch hiked with several truck drivers, getting as far as Her Grams house( maybe in Norridgewock?). Her family wasnt home but we found our way into the house through a window and had a snack,a shower and a good nights sleep. Early in the morning we hitched the rest of the way to the fair grounds. We had the time of our life! Became friends with some rather questionable people, had tons of crazy fun and made a little money which we spent... 4/5 days of pure fun and craziness!!! Eventually made it back to Harmony to my aunts house where we called my mom to come get us... of course my mom didnt know all the details until many years later...I hope my mom and Holly can share a giggle with this memory...

Linda.
I am so sorry to read about your Holly. I can only imagine this is the hardest thing you will go through in your life. I do remember you talking about her. Please lean on the rest of your family and the Lord. My thoughts will be with you. I wish there was more comforting words. We never know our struggles in life.
