My Uncle Billy will be missed dearly. He always was in a laughing mood when I had the privilege to spend time with him at Red Rowes family reunions and 4th of July cookouts. We would play horseshoes in teams and we always had a great time. My condolences to his immediate family and his memories will live on through those who knew him. I love you Uncle Billy rest in peace.
