Dover-Foxcroft - Gabriel M. Philbrook, 16, passed away unexpectedly at home Saturday, July 3, 2021 . He was born on September 2, 2004 in Dover-Foxcroft. He attended Foxcroft Academy where he would have been entering his junior year. Gabe had a very big heart and a smile that would light up a room; his laugh was contagious. He would be the first to help anyone, and he had a passion for skateboarding and music often creating his own beats. Gabe is survived by his mother, Cindy Philbrook; his sisters; Katerina Bishop and her husband, Joshua, and Shereena Boutilier and her partner, John Costello; his biological father, Christopher Philbrook; biological mother, Ashley Severance; biological half sister, Mercades; biological half brothers, Matthew ,Isiah, and Dakota; paternal great-grandmother, Charlene Philbrook; maternal grandmother; Cindy Severance; paternal grandmother, Kathy Kerwin; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his great-grandfather Edward Philbrook; grandfather, Mark Philbrook Sr.; and uncle, Mark Philbrook Jr. He will be truly missed and forever loved by everyone who knew him. Rest easy beautiful boy!! A celebration of Gabe's life will be held 3PM Saturday, July 17, 2021, at The Commons at Central Hall, 152 East Main Street, Dover-Foxcroft.
