My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Erica was such a pleasure to know and her kindness to me and my family will never be forgotten. She always sent gifts for my daughter Avery. So thoughtful. Although I never met Erica in person, I felt like I really knew her. I am one of her teal sisters that she was friends with on Facebook. Please know that I thought the world of Erica and am so saddened by her passing. She was so supportive of all her teal sisters. I was so happy when the Cubbies won for her. I also use to laugh as she cheered for the Bruins as I am a Sabre fan. Needless to say, she had the upper hand when it came to that.
Erica loved her family so. She always spoke of them fondly. I will keep you all in my prayers. I know she will be greatly missed by you and so many.

I am so sorry. I am at a loss for words. I loved Erica like a daughter. I have always been in awe of her brave and positive outlook.. She never once complained or said why me. Ever leading the fight for all with that terrible disease. I'm sure God welcomed her with open arms and," said well done my good and faithful servant".
