Greenville – Nancy M. Chase, 64, passed away May 11, 2023, at Northern Light CA Dean Hospital, Greenville. She was born October 5, 1958, in Newburyport, MA, the daughter of Elizabeth (Curtin) and Fred W. Chase III. Prior to moving to Maine, Nancy owned and operated an answering service. Once moving to Greenville she worked at Jamo’s for Henry and Jeri Gilbert. She and her sister created Moosehead Christmas known for its handmade ornaments and quilted items. Those items could be found at Gallery on the Lake, as well as several shops around Maine. Nancy is survived by her sister, Susan Tarsook and her husband, Charles; three brothers, Fred W. Chase IV and his wife, Diane, F. William Chase and his wife, Brenda, and Stephen Chase and his wife, Laurie; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Christopher Chase.
