It always seems like we have all the time in the world, only to realize how fleeting it is. I wish we had more time to do and say the things we saved for later, which along with you, is gone forever. I can no longer hear you laugh or see you play the guitar and sing. But I believe every wind passing through my ears is a message for me that your soul is in a good place. I promise to keep you alive in my memories.
We are never ready to say goodbye forever, even though we know it is part of life. On this day my heart is heavy for losing someone so special, but I also celebrate your life as I mourn your death. Rest in peace dear Uncle Gary. You were more than just an uncle. Please give Grammy, Grampa and Dad all my love. Until I see you again...
