I'm so sorry to hear of Robin's passing. She was my favorite substitute teacher in middle school (SeDoMoCha) - she always listened and always made you feel like she genuinely cared for you and believed in you, because she did. My deepest condolences to "Mrs. Kennedy's" family - she was a wonderful and beautiful person.

Dear Ty and extended Kennedy-Kiel family,
I am so sorry for your enormous loss. I only got to meet Robin a few times, but once you met her, you never forgot her. Her exuberance and enthusiasm were always on display. And as for her boys - which is what every conversation quickly centered on - she was crazy about you! I’m sure she was a tremendous educator and grandmother extraordinaire. Please know I am thinking of you at this difficult time. I hope that, in time, your wonderful memories will lead you to a peaceful place.

She was there. She took the time. She celebrated every success. She encouraged effort with every failure. She was what educators ought to be. We spent many wonderful hours with Robin and the boys during our days with Boy Scout Troop 100 in Dover-Foxcroft. She always had that radiant smile no matter what the weather, how dirty everyone was or whatever the boys in the troop were serving for supper that night. She loved kids in general but those boys of hers were her heart and soul. We were so sorry to read of her passing, the world has lost a wonderful lady. Thinking of you all

I will always see Robin driving off with that blue Buick wagon right full of boys headed to some different adventure for the day.When they got back she would have that same wonderful smile that she had when they left.... i saw this scrolling through Facebook and it breaks my heart.. i had her for a science class one year and she was the best. no one taught like her, no other teacher was fun like her. she's the reason why I passed 8th grade. rest in peace ms. kennedy, you'll forever be missed.
