Obituary of Pauline Ann Hartin
Milo – Pauline Ann Hartin, 84, wife of the late Carroll L. Hartin, passed away peacefully August 31, 2020, at her home surrounded by family. She was born May 12, 1936, in Island falls, the daughter of Walter J. and Inez L. (Dugay) Bishop. Pauline was a loving wife and mother; she was dedicated to the care of her family, who were her whole life.
She is survived by her four sons, Forrest Hartin and his wife, Karen, Roger Hartin, James Hartin and his wife, Loretta, and Thomas Hartin and his wife, Marcy; two daughters, Donna Smart and her husband, Jeff, and Susan Robinson and her husband, Clarence; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. She leaves five brothers, Walter, Francis, James, Rodney, and Peter Bishop, and two sisters, Margaret Dunphy and Jane Bishop; and several nieces and nephews.
Pauline was very active in the Milo Baptist Church where she was a deaconess for many years and also taught sunday school.
Just like her Mother before her, Pauline was a very passionate quilter.
A graveside memorial service will be conducted 1pm Friday, September 4, 2020, at the family lot in Evergreen Cemetery, Milo, with Pastor Phil McGlauflin officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home.
